Dewi Van De Vyver is a tech entrepreneur, board member, and outspoken advocate for a more ethical, inclusive and people-centered approach to technology.

With lived experience as a woman in the male-dominated world of STEM, she has made it her mission to challenge the status quo. She enjoys asking bold questions to make people think.
 

As co-founder and CEO of Effex, and founder and former CEO of Flow Pilots, Dewi brings expertise in digital innovation and business strategy. She is also the co-founder of The Ada Talks, a quarterly networking event by and for women in tech.

Beyond business, Dewi shapes the future of tech through various board mandates (Proviron, SECO Group, Ethias, Thomas More) and as a member of the STEM Platform, the advisory body to the Flemish Government for technology education.
