For the 3rd edition of the Intl. Girls in ICT day together with KDG University, we celebrated on the 17th of April! An inspiring afternoon for highschool students deciding their future studies, university students, women working in tech & anyone interested!

For our 2024 edition of the 'Women in Data' event we came together on march 28th with a bunch of talented people! We dove into topics like Hyperdimensional Computing, the latest trends in data-world, but also into personal stories of inspiring experts who've found their path in this interesting side of technology!

For the last live event of 2023, we gathered on December 8 in Dunden (Antwerp) for the Clusity Winter Gathering. With 3 inspiring Lightning Talks, a DEI panel with experts from big tech companies and a cozy winter market we warmed up in these colder days! Check out the photos from the evening here!

On November 16, 2023, we discovered why the Supply Chain world can be a perfect match for women with a passion for tech. During this unique event at OMP's beautiful building, the splashy synergy between technology and the world of Supply Chain came to light. Two years ago, we dreamt of creating an inspiring network of women in tech! Yesterday evening, we took that to the next level. Over 2000 women have joined the community, connecting on events, workshops and online! Now we're launching a new way to connect, through the brand new Clusity Platform together with our 6 ambassadors. The launch party on 26/10 was the start of this new chapter. On 27/6, we hosted "The Women in Tech summer Gathering. This magical summer evening consisted of inspiring sessions, connecting with incredible women from the tech sector and a beautiful venue at Dunden in Antwerp.

A while ago, Elke Kraemer participated in the "Digitally Thoughtful" podcast series. This podcast series is a production of Blents in which they talk with various professionals from the IT/ICT sector. Covering topics such as innovations, trends, evolutions and challenges. In episode #6, it was Elke Kraemer's turn to discuss her vision and mission on diversity and inclusion.

Yesterday we experienced an interesting engaging evening consisting of a keynote and workshop on public speaking. The keynote, given by Karina Quiñonez, User Adoption at Dynatos and co-founder of Xten, gave us insight into her growth path. The workshop afterwards was given by Sandra D'Amario, IT Manager at Danone along with Toastmasters & TedX coach Stefanie Geukens.

On April 12, we celebrated an iftar at Clusity. We think it is important to celebrate diversity and cultural diversity within our community and bring people together. It was a nice opportunity to meet, exchange experiences and make new connections.

April two, World Autism Day. A day dedicated to people with autism and improving awareness. And what we're about to say sounds cliché. As with other days where we bring attention to a minority or misunderstood group, every day should be World Autism Day.
