It can be different!

A coaching program includes three sessions, during which we work with different employees of your company (team leads, staff, HR, Marketing, Management) to conduct an analysis of your "starting situation," create an action plan and evaluate the results. The goal is to empower you to independently develop D&I actions that fit your team, company and culture.

Session 1: Analysis

  • 'As-is' situation of your team by measuring the distribution of gender, age, nationality, neurodiversity, etc.

  • Identify challenges and areas for improvement.

  • In group discussions target blind spots and name including behaviors that are already good.

  • Establish goals: what do we want to achieve and why?

Our diversity and inclusion coaching program is designed to help tech companies work in a self-learning way to transform the D&I theme from 'we think it's important' to concrete actions, goals and results.

Session 2: Action plan

  • Capture short-term actions ('low-hanging fruit')

  • Choose strategies to achieve long-term goals and break them down into manageable actions.

  • Share responsibilities and timings.

Session 3: Evaluation

  • After the period of the action plan, we evaluate the impact.

  • Record "learnings" for the next sprint. Name what went well and what didn't, and adjust goals.

  • The intention is that after our guidance, you can proceed yourself to achieve personalized D&I actions that fit your employees, company, niche and culture.
