What is the Clusity Mentorship Program?
In collaboration with Jocelyn Darbroudi, a seasoned leader experienced with both mentoring and hosting mentorship programs, and a big supporter of the Clusity community, we've designed this mentorship program to create meaningful steps forward in women's tech careers.
Our mentorship program is designed to enable you to grow your next steps in your career, whether that is about personal growth, developing new skills or creating lasting professional relationships.
Over the course of one year, mentors and mentees will engage in regular conversations, inspiring events, and valuable learning experiences. Together, we'll build a supportive network where everyone can thrive.
If you think this is something for you, please read on! If you're not sure; we want to assure we try to make the best possible matches of mentor and mentees on the level of seniority and guidance necessary. Whether you're still early in your career but want to mentor graduates, or whether you're a seasoned leader looking for and even more experienced mentor, we'll try to match you aligned with your personal goals. Mentors can also count on guidance and support on how to fill in their role (mentor training session + guidance docs).

Events & Activities:
Kick-off event (March): Finalize matches and set goals
Regular mentoring sessions: Weekly or bi-weekly mentor-mentee meetings
Online check-ins: May & September (inspiration and progress updates)
Closing event (December): Celebrate successes and reflect

We welcome all Clusity Platform members-regardlessof age, experience, or gender-to apply as a mentor or mentee.
Are you not yet a platform member? You can register for a free 14-day trial and after that only 29,-eur per year!

How Does Matching Work?
Matches are pre-selected based on your registration form, with mentees being introduced to 2-3 potential mentors. During the Kick-off event, final matches will be determined through one-on-one networking sessions.

It is very important that you are available on the required dates. We can make exceptions if we see a very good mentor-mentee match, but availability will play a role in the selection of candidates.
