the #womenintech community
What we do.
Our activities revolve around creating valuable connections and career-boosting opportunities to ensure that more women discover the tech world, can advance and feel at home!
WE TELL STORIES. 🛣️
With our series "Bloom," we tell authentic stories of women who found their way in tech. Thus, we shine a light on all possible paths and backgrounds. No, you don't have to be a computer geek or a specialist. But yes, there are those too! We hope to get you thinking about the endless possibilities under the motto: "She can be it if she can see it."
WE CONNECT. 🖇️
At our events we meet each other. Each time around a different topic to learn, with an interesting expert on stage (or behind her computer) and with an inclusive networking moment so everyone meets some new people. We value a connecting and fun atmosphere with our plants, snacks and big smiles!
WE ARE WORKING ON THE FUTURE. 🔮
We help companies embrace D&I through our professional offering. We also like to spotlight inclusive employers through our Bloom stories and events. By taking a female perspective on how a company operates, hires and grows, we make an impact with our consulting services & connection to our community.
