For the next year, Clusity's "Bloom" series will be highlighting one female employee or managing partner of the Cronos Group each week. The fifty-two women represent the wide range of opportunities and impact women in tech can create. 

Starting on July 6th, we welcome you to follow our "Bloom" series! Every week on Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock, we will publish a new interview with an exciting story of a woman in tech. 

She will talk about how she got into the tech world, what she enjoys doing in her specific position and company, what her biggest successes were and what her daily challenges are. Besides that, you can read about her dreams and the people she would love to meet one day.

Bloom is interesting for entrepreneurial people who want to know more about the remarkable female talent within the Cronos Group!

At Clusity, we believe that the power of positive role models has the potential to influence our actions. It can motivate us to strive to uncover our true potential and overcome our fears. Reading about these amazing people and maybe meeting them during our Clusity events and workshops will hopefully inspire more women to make the most of their lives. We hope to motivate more women to choose for a career in TECH as well. That’s why we are embracing the concept of sharing these stories with you!
