It all begins with an observation. Elke & Rein saw something; why are there so little women in leading positions in the IT world? Why is there hardly any change compared to a decade ago?

We decided to do something about it… And so Clusity was born!

Starting with qualitative and quantitative research, we’re trying to get a grasp on where the pitfalls and opportunities lay for women in tech.

Based on the outcome of our research, we’ll formulate a strategy, actions and a business concept in order to work towards our goal; more women in tech!
