Dare to ask; Community member on screen!📺

Please mark January 4, 2023 in your agenda, because one of our Cronos colleagues and Clusity Community member will appear in the TV program: "Dare to ask" on one. During this reportage Ynske Reynaert answer questions about people with autism. In this way she also wants to make the topic discussable within the Cronos Group, where people with (in)visible disabilities can also have a voice! Hereby she likes to christen her initiative Wabi-sabi, something we fully support and want to back! 💪🎆

It is estimated that about 66 000 people in Flanders live with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but in many cases this is invisible, which can lead to misconceptions. In the program "Durf te vragen" Siska Schoeters discusses sensitive topics in a frank manner. In the episode of January 4, one of our Clusity Community members from Cronos will be on hand to answer questions on this theme.

It often takes courage to stand up for yourself, or to come out in front of your (invisible?) disability. That's why with Wabi-sabi within the Cronos Group we want to try to give people with disabilities a voice, and support them on the road to greater inclusion. Wabi-sabi is an appropriate Japanese expression that expresses embracing imperfections.👐🏼🏮

In this we would like to know what you yourselves need or experience, and in this way make the other Cronosites more aware, not only of the obstacles that would be there but also of the pluses that are there.

Would you like to help think about how we can better support people with disabilities within Cronos?

All input is welcome, both from people with visible and invisible disabilities, as well as colleagues, friends and family. How can we make Cronos an even closer, warmer family? Ynske would love to hear them at Ynske.reynaert@cronos.be or send a DM via LinkedIn.📣

So be sure to switch on January 4 to one and dare to ask!

We are already watching!🤩
