Inclusiveness: examples and tips from Soraya and Kristel

On Tuesday 31 August, we organised a cosy keynote at the &KOO monastery in Antwerp. Soraya Hayani and Kristel Vanderlinden explained the importance of inclusiveness in media, business and society, how they see it from a 'betterment' perspective (= celebrating what we already do well, embracing what can be done even better in a positive way) with a lot of examples and tips. Below is a short report! 😁

Soraya and Kristel believe that their concept of "Positivity ID" is essential in creating better companies & brands that fit into today's society. At the end of their keynote they give us 6 action points in a personal checklist. We can actively start working with these 💪🏽:
