β³ Just about lunch break!
On July 11, we invite you to an engaging online workshop on inclusive communication, with a focus on inclusive language/writing. Anneleen MatthΓ©, D&I expert at Clusity, talks about the meaning of inclusive communication and why it matters. With practical exercises and examples, you can get started right away within your company!
This session will be given in Dutch.
Inclusive communication, does that mean we should pay attention to everything we write and say? Or always put your emojis in all colors? ππ½πππΏππ»ππΌππΎ
Sometimes language and communication can be overwhelming once you start paying attention to inclusion. The session will outline a framework to support the importance of inclusive communication. What words do you use to address or describe people, and especially people who are different from yourself? We will work through exercises to address different forms of written communication, such as emails, presentations and job postings.
The workshop is especially interesting for HR staff and marketers, but anyone interested in understanding and applying inclusive communication, regardless of background or position, can also learn from it.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to improve your communication skills and create an inclusive work environment! Together we can build an organization where everyone feels welcome and fulfilled.
