On 27/6, we hosted "The Women in Tech summer Gathering. This magical summer evening consisted of inspiring sessions, connecting with incredible women from the tech sector and a beautiful venue at Dunden in Antwerp.

A while ago, Elke Kraemer participated in the "Digitally Thoughtful" podcast series. This podcast series is a production of Blents in which they talk with various professionals from the IT/ICT sector. Covering topics such as innovations, trends, evolutions and challenges. In episode #6, it was Elke Kraemer's turn to discuss her vision and mission on diversity and inclusion.

Yesterday we experienced an interesting engaging evening consisting of a keynote and workshop on public speaking. The keynote, given by Karina Quiñonez, User Adoption at Dynatos and co-founder of Xten, gave us insight into her growth path. The workshop afterwards was given by Sandra D'Amario, IT Manager at Danone along with Toastmasters & TedX coach Stefanie Geukens.

On April 12, we celebrated an iftar at Clusity. We think it is important to celebrate diversity and cultural diversity within our community and bring people together. It was a nice opportunity to meet, exchange experiences and make new connections.

April two, World Autism Day. A day dedicated to people with autism and improving awareness. And what we're about to say sounds cliché. As with other days where we bring attention to a minority or misunderstood group, every day should be World Autism Day.

Bringing three generations together around #womenintech... That creates fireworks! 🎆 On 3/11/22, we invited high school students, university students and engineers from the field at the University of Antwerp to share each other's inspiring stories.

"White men" was all Tom Klaasen, founder of Software Captains, saw when he looked around his CTO breakfast club. He asked himself, do others have the same question as they look around their development team? He launched a call on Twitter asking: who knows female CTOs. That's how we got in touch with Tom. 🎧

After 2 years, it was finally here again! Several nominated women gathered on October 6 to announce the 50 winners of the InspiringFifty Belgium. During this morning, we breakfasted and celebrated together all inspiring women with a function in TECH!✨🙌
