March 8 is International Women's Day. This year's theme is "Embrace Equity. We wanted to know their vision on this: where does Arxus stand on equity, and what actions are still needed? Equity is a theme that is broader than just the difference between women and men. It is therefore high on their agenda, not only today but also afterwards.

Yesterday, we had an interesting and fascinating evening consisting of a keynote and workshop on public speaking. The keynote, given by Karina QuiΓ±onez, Customer Adoption Manager at Dynatos and co-founder of Xten, gave us an insight into her growth path. The interactive workshop afterwards was given by Sandra D'Amario, IT Manager at Danone together with her colleagues at Toastmasters Stefanie Geukens & Sintia Farah.
